سورة الهمزة

Ali ibn Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him): کَلَّا لَیُنبَذَنَّ فِی الْحُطَمَةِ [Nay! He will surely be flung into the Crushing Disaster] — al-Hutamah (the crusher) is the fire which crushes everything.

The Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) - And in the narration of Abu al-Jarud from Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) it is reported: regarding [the verse]: "And indeed, Hell is the promised place for them all" (Hijr/43) — this is their standing upon the Sirat; and as for: "It has seven gates, and to each gate a specific group of them is assigned" (Hijr/44) — I have heard, and Allah knows best, that Allah created Hell in seven different levels and ranks, the worst and most burning of which is al-Jahim... The fourth is al-Hutamah (the crusher); it hurls out sparks like a castle, as if [in their speed and abundance] they were yellow-coloured camels (scattering in every direction). Whoever falls into it is ground to powder like kohl, but his soul does not die, and every time he is powdered and burned, he returns again to his original state.
