سورة المائدة
Verse 36 of 120
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوْ أَنَّ لَهُم مَّا في الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَ مِثْلَهُ مَعَهُ لِيَفْتَدُواْ بِهِ مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ مَا تُقُبِّلَ مِنْهُمْ وَ لهَمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيم
به يقين كسانى كه كافر شدند، اگر تمام آنچه در زمين است و همانندش، از آن آن‌ها باشد و همه‌ی آن را براى نجات از كيفر روز قيامت بدهند، از آنان پذيرفته نخواهد شد؛ و مجازات دردناكى خواهند داشت.
Surely (as for) those who disbelieve, even if they had what is in the earth, all of it, and the like of it with it, that they might ransom themselves with it from the punishment of the day of resurrection, it shall not be accepted from them, and they shall have a painful punishment.
બેશક જેમણે કુફ્ર કર્યું તેઓ અગર જે કાંઇ ઝમીનમાં છે તે બધી (માલો-દોલત) અને તેની સાથે એટલી બીજી (માલો-દોલત) કયામતના દિવસના અઝાબથી બચવા માટે બદલામાં આપવા ચાહે તો પણ તેઓથી એ કબૂલ કરવામાં નહી આવે, અને તેઓ માટે દર્દનાક અઝાબ હશે.
