سورة المائدة
Verse 46 of 120
و در پى آنها (پيامبران پيشين)، عيسىبنمريم را فرستاديم درحالىكه تورات را كه پيش از او فرستاده شده بود تصديق داشت؛ وانجيل را به او داديم كه در آن، هدايت و نورى بود؛ و تورات را، كه قبل از آن بود، تصديق مىكرد؛ و هدايت و موعظهاى براى پرهيزگاران بود.
And We sent after them in their footsteps Isa, son of Marium, verifying what was before him of the Taurat and We gave him the Injeel in which was guidance and light, and verifying what was before it of Taurat and a guidance and an admonition for those who guard (against evil).
અને અમોએ ઇસા ઇબ્ને મરિયમને નબીઓના નકશે કદમ પર ચલાવ્યા જે મોજૂદા તૌરાતની તસ્દીક (સમર્થન) કરતો હતો, અને તેને અમોએ ઇન્જીલ આપી જેમાં હિદાયત અને નૂર હતુ અને તે મોજૂદા તૌરાતની સચ્ચાઇ બયાન કરનારી પણ હતી અને પરહેઝગારો માટે હિદાયત તથા નસીહત હતી.
