Verse 71 of 135
[فرعون] گفت: «پيش از آنكه به شما اجازه دهم به او ايمان آورديد؟! به‌طور مسلم او بزرگ شماست كه به شما سحر آموخته است؛ به‌يقين دست‌ها و پاهايتان را به‌طور مخالف قطع مى‌كنم؛ و شما را از تنه‌هاى نخل به دار مى‌آويزم؛ و خواهيد دانست مجازات كدام‌يك از ما شديدتر و پايدارتر است»!
(Firon) said: You believe in him before I give you leave; most surely he is the chief of you who taught you enchantment, therefore I will certainly cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will certainly crucify you on the trunks of the palm trees, and certainly you will come to know which of us is the more severe and the more abiding in chastising.
(ફિરઔને) કહ્યું, હું તમને રજા આપું તે પહેલાં જ તમે તેના પર ઇમાન લઇ આવ્યા? બેશક એ જ તમારા બધાનો બુઝુર્ગ છે કે જેણે તમને જાદુ શીખવ્યો છે, તેથી હું ખરેજ તમારા ઉલ્ટા સુલ્ટા હાથ અને પગ કાપી નાખીશ (જમણો હાથ અને ડાબો પગ અથવા ઉલ્ટું) અને તમને ખજૂરના વૃક્ષના થડો ઉપર ફાંસીએ ચઢાવીશ, અને તમે ચોકકસ જાણી લેશો કે આપણામાંથી કોણ વધારે સખ્ત સજા આપનાર તથા કોની સજા વધારે બાકી રહેનાર છે.
