أمیرالمؤمنین ( اعْجَبُوا لِهَذَا الْإِنْسَانِ یَنْظُرُ بِشَحْمٍ وَ یَتَکَلَّمُ بِلَحْمٍ وَ یَسْمَعُ بِعَظْمٍ وَ یَتَنَفَّسُ مِنْ خَرْم.
امام علی ( از این انسان که با چربی (چشم که جنسش از چربی است) می‌بیند، با گوشت (زبان) می‌گوید، با استخوان (گوش) می‌شنود و از سوراخ بینی نفس کشد، تعجّب کنید [که با این نعمت‌ها، شاکر خدا نیست]»!
Imam Ali (peace be upon him): Marvel at this human being who sees by means of fat (the eye, whose substance is fat), speaks by means of flesh (the tongue), hears by means of bone (the ear), and breathes through a hole in the nose — [that with all these blessings he is not grateful to Allah]!
ઇમામ અલી (અલયહિસ્સલામ): આ ઇન્સાનથી અચરજ પામો કે જે ચરબી (આંખ, જેનો પદાર્થ ચરબી છે) થી જુએ છે, ગોશ્ત (જીભ) થી બોલે છે, હાડકા (કાન) થી સાંભળે છે અને નાકના છિદ્રમાંથી શ્વાસ લે છે [કે આ નેઅમતો સાથે તે અલ્લાહનો શુક્ર કરનારો નથી]!
