The Messenger (peace be upon him and his family): Abu Dharr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I saw Salman (may Allah have mercy on him) and Bilal (may Allah have mercy on him) coming to the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) ... Salman (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "My master! I adjure you by Allah to inform me of the standing of Fatima (peace be upon her) on the Day of Resurrection." The Noble Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) turned with a smiling and joyful face and said: "By the One in whose hand is my soul, Fatima (peace be upon her) is a girl who passes through the plain of the Resurrection mounted on a she-camel whose head is from the awe of Allah, whose eyes are from the light of Allah, whose adornment is from the majesty of Allah, whose neck is from the splendour of Allah (بَهَاءِ اللَّهِ [the splendour of Allah]), whose hump is from the pleasure of Allah (رِضْوَانِ اللَّهِ [the pleasure of Allah]), whose tail is from the holiness of Allah (قُدْسِ اللَّهِ [the holiness of Allah]), and whose legs are from the glory of Allah. If it walks, it glorifies (tasbih), and if it hastens, it sanctifies (taqdis). Upon it is a howdah of light, and in that howdah is a girl from the progeny of humankind but a most honoured houri, whose creation has been gathered and formed from three things: the first of it is from pure musk, its middle from grey ambergris, and its last from red saffron, mixed with the water of life. If she were to cast her saliva into seven salt seas, they would turn sweet, and if she were to bring out the nail of her little finger toward the world, it would eclipse the sun and the moon. Jibra'il on her right, Mika'il on her left, Ali (peace be upon him) in front, and Hasan and Husayn (peace be upon them) behind her. Allah watches over her and preserves her. She passes through the plain of the Resurrection, and at that moment a call rises from Allah: 'O people! Lower your gazes and bow your heads — this is the daughter of your Prophet and the wife of Ali (peace be upon him) your Imam, mother of Hasan and Husayn (peace be upon them).' She passes over the Sirat. She has a white cloak. When she enters Paradise and looks upon what Allah has prepared for her of honour and majesty, she recites this verse: [In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, who has removed sorrow from us; indeed our Lord is Forgiving, Appreciative — who out of His grace has settled us in the abode of permanence; no toil touches us in it, nor does any weariness touch us in it]. Allah reveals to her: 'O Fatima, ask of Me and I will grant you, and wish upon Me and I will please you.' She says: 'My Allah! You are my desire and above my desire. I ask You not to punish my lover and the lover of my progeny.' Allah reveals to her: 'O Fatima! By My might and My majesty and My exalted station, I have sworn by My essence, two thousand years before the creation of the heavens and the earth, that I shall not punish your lovers and the lovers of your progeny with the Fire.'"
