سورة الصافات
As Saffat
وعده‌ی قطعى ما درباره‌ی بندگان فرستاده‌شده‌ی ما از پيش مسلّم شده.
And certainly Our word has already gone forth in respect of Our servants, the apostles:
અને અગાઊ અમારા રસૂલો સાથે પાકો વાયદો થઇ ચૂક્યો છે:
كه آنان يارى شدگانند.
Most surely they shall be the assisted ones
કે જરૂર તેઓની મદદ કરવામાં આવશે.
و لشكر ما پيروزند.
And most surely Our host alone shall be the victorious ones.
અને બેશક અમારૂં લશ્કર ગાલીબ રહેશે!
بنابراين از آن‌ها (كافران) روى بگردان [و آنان را رهاكن] تا زمان معيّنى [كه فرمان جهاد فرارسد].
Therefore turn away from them till a time,
માટે તું તેમનાથી ચોક્કસ મુદ્દત સુધી મોંઢું ફેરવી લે :
و آن‌ها را بنگر! كه به زودى [نتيجه اعمال خود را] مى‌بينند!
And (then) see them, so they too shall see.
અને તેમને નિહાળતો રહે, ટૂંક સમયમાં તેઓ (પોતાનો અંજામ) જોઇ લેશે.
آيا آن‌ها براى عذاب ما شتاب مى‌كنند؟!
What! would they then hasten on Our chastisement?
શું તેઓ અમારા અઝાબના સંબંધમાં ઉતાવળ કરે છે ?
امّا هنگامى‌كه عذاب ما در آستانه خانه‌هايشان فرود آيد، انذارشدگان صبحگاه بدى خواهند داشت!
But when it shall descend in their court, evil shall then be the morning of the warned ones.
જયારે તે અઝાબ તેમના આંગણે આવી પડશે ત્યારે તે ડરાવવામાં આવેલી કોમની કેવી ખરાબ સવાર હશે!
از آنان روى بگردان تا زمان معيّنى.
And turn away from them till a time
અને તું ચોક્કસ મુદ્દત સુધી તેઓથી મોઢું ફેરવી લે :
و آن‌ها را بنگر كه به زودى [نتيجه اعمال خود را] مى‌بينند!
And (then) see, for they too shall see.
તેમને નિહાળતો રહે, ટૂંક સમયમાં તેઓ (અંજામ) જોઇ લેશે.
منزّه است پروردگار تو، پروردگار صاحب قدرت، از آنچه آنان توصيف مى‌كنند.
Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Honor, above what they describe.
તારો પરવરદિગાર, જબરદસ્ત પરવરદિગાર છે, તેઓ (નાસ્તિકો) જે કાંઇ કહે છે તેનાથી પાક છે.
