سورة المائدة
Verse 33 of 120
كيفر آنها كه با خدا و پيامبرش به جنگ برمى‌خيزند، و براى فساد در روى زمين تلاش مى‌كنند، [و با تهديد اسلحه، به جان و مال و ناموس مردم حمله مى‌برند]، فقط اين است كه اعدام شوند؛ يا به دار آويخته گردند؛ يا دست و پاى آنها، به عكس يكديگر [چهار انگشت از دست راست و چهار انگشت از پاى چپ]، بريده شود؛ و يا از سرزمين خود تبعيد گردند. اين رسوايى آنها در دنياست؛ و در آخرت، مجازات بزرگى دارند.
The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His apostle and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement,
જેઓ અલ્લાહ અને તેના રસૂલ સાથે લડે છે તથા ઝમીનમાં ફસાદ ફેલાવવાની કોશિશ કરે છે, તેમનો બદલો એ જ છે કે તેમને મારી નાખવામાં આવે અથવા તેમને સલીબ ઊપર ચઢાવવામાં આવે અથવા તેમના હાથ તથા પગ ઉલટા સુલટા (જમણો હાથ ડાબો પગ અથવા ઉલટું) કાપી નાખવામાં આવે અથવા તેમને દેશપાર કરવામાં આવે; આ તેઓ માટે દુનિયાની ઝિલ્લત છે અને આખેરતમાં તેઓ માટે ઘણો મોટો અઝાબ છે :
