وَ الْبَلَدُ الطَّیِّبُ یَخْرُجُ نَباتُهُ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ هُوَ مَثَلٌ لِلْأَئِمَّهًِْ (علیهم السلام) یَخْرُجُ عِلْمُهُمْ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ وَ الَّذِی خَبُثَ مَثَلٌ لِأَعْدَائِهِمْ لا یَخْرُجُ عِلْمُهُمْ إِلَّا نَکِداً أَیْ کَدِراً فَاسِداً.
علیّبنابراهیم ( این فرموده خدای عزّوجلّ وَ الْبَلَدُ الطَّیِّبُ یَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهُ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ مثال و تشبیهی است برای ائمه (که علم آنان به اجازه خدا است وَ الَّذِی خَبُثَ و [این] مثالی است برای دشمنان ایشان لاَ یَخْرُجُ علم آنان إِلاَّ نَکِدًا یعنی کدر و فاسد.
Ali ibn Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him): This saying of Allah the Mighty and Majestic وَ الْبَلَدُ الطَّیِّبُ یَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهُ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ [And the good land — its vegetation comes forth by the permission of its Lord] is a parable and likeness for the Imams (peace be upon them), that their knowledge comes forth by the permission of Allah; وَ الَّذِی خَبُثَ [and that which is bad] — and [this] is a parable for their enemies — لاَ یَخْرُجُ [does not come forth] — their knowledge — إِلاَّ نَکِدًا [except scantily], that is, murky and corrupt.
અલી બિન ઇબ્રાહીમ (રહમતુલ્લાહિ અલયહિ): અલ્લાહ અઝ્ઝ વ જલ્લનું આ ફરમાન وَ الْبَلَدُ الطَّیِّبُ یَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهُ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ [અને પાક ઝમીન — તેની વનસ્પતિ તેના રબની અનુમતિથી ઊગે છે] એ અઈમ્મા (અલયહિમુસ્સલામ) માટે મિસાલ અને તશબીહ છે, કે તેમનું ઇલ્મ અલ્લાહની ઇજાઝતથી બહાર આવે છે; وَ الَّذِی خَبُثَ [અને જે નાપાક છે] અને [આ] તેમના દુશ્મનો માટે મિસાલ છે لاَ یَخْرُجُ તેમનું ઇલ્મ إِلاَّ نَکِدًا યાની કદર (ડોહળી) અને ફાસિદ (ખરાબ).
