إِنَّمَا یَکُونُ الْجَزَاءُ مُضَاعَفاً فِیمَا دُونَ الْبَدَنَهًِْ حَتَّی یَبْلُغَ الْبَدَنَهًَْ فَإِذَا بَلَغَ الْبَدَنَهًَْ فَلَا تُضَاعَفُ لِأَنَّهُ أَعْظَمُ مَا یَکُونُ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّوَجَلَّ وَ مَنْ یُعَظِّمْ شَعائِرَ اللهِ فَإِنَّها مِنْ تَقْوَی الْقُلُوبِ.
امام صادق ( دوچندان‌شدنِ کفّاره[ی شکار حیوان در محدوده‌ی حرم در حال احرام که هم باید به تناسبِ آن شکار، حیوانی را به‌عنوان کفّاره بدهد و هم قیمت آن صید را صدقه بدهد] تا زمانی است که کفّاره، کمتر از شتر باشد؛ ولی هرگاه کفّاره‌ای که باید بپردازد شتر باشد کفّاره دو چندان نمی‌شود (یعنی دادن همان شتر کافی است و لازم نیست قیمتش را صدقه بدهد) زیرا شتر بزرگترین کفّاره‌ای است که می‌توان پرداخت و خداوند عزّوجلّ فرموده است: وَمَنْ یُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ تَقْوَی الْقُلُوبِ. (با توجه به آیه‌ی ۳۶ از همین سوره که می‌فرماید: شتران قربانی را برای شما از شعائر الهی قرار دادیم).
Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him): The doubling of the atonement [for hunting an animal within the sanctuary while in ihram, where one must both give an animal as atonement in proportion to the game hunted and also give the price of that game in charity] applies as long as the atonement is less than a camel; but whenever the atonement one must pay is a camel, the atonement is not doubled (that is, giving the camel itself suffices and it is not necessary to give its price in charity), because the camel is the greatest atonement that can be paid, and Allah the Mighty and Majestic has said: وَمَنْ یُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ تَقْوَی الْقُلُوبِ [And whoever respects the signs of Allah, this surely is (the outcome) of the piety of hearts]. (In view of verse 36 of this same surah which says: We have made the sacrificial camels for you among the signs of Allah.)
ઇમામ સાદિક (અલયહિસ્સલામ): [એહરામની હાલતમાં હરમની હદમાં શિકાર કરવાના] કફ્ફારાનું બમણું થવું [કે જેમાં તે શિકારના પ્રમાણમાં એક પ્રાણી કફ્ફારા તરીકે આપવું અને તે શિકારની કિંમત પણ સદકામાં આપવી પડે છે] ત્યાં સુધી છે જ્યાં સુધી કફ્ફારો ઊંટ કરતાં ઓછો હોય; પરંતુ જ્યારે જે કફ્ફારો આપવાનો હોય તે ઊંટ હોય તો કફ્ફારો બમણો થતો નથી (એટલે કે તે જ ઊંટ આપવો કાફી છે અને તેની કિંમત સદકામાં આપવી જરૂરી નથી), કારણ કે ઊંટ સૌથી મોટો કફ્ફારો છે જે અદા કરી શકાય, અને અલ્લાહ અઝ્ઝ વ જલ્લએ ફરમાવ્યું છે: وَمَنْ یُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ تَقْوَی الْقُلُوبِ [અને જે કોઈ અલ્લાહની નિશાનીઓનું સન્માન કરે, તો ખરેખર તે દિલોની તકવાનું પરિણામ છે]. (આ જ સૂરાની આયત 36 ને ધ્યાનમાં રાખતાં જે ફરમાવે છે: અમે કુરબાનીના ઊંટોને તમારા માટે ઇલાહી નિશાનીઓમાંથી કરાર દીધા છે.)
