سورة آل عمران
Aal I Imran
آن‌ها (اهل كتاب، مخصوصاً يهود) هرگز نمى‌توانند به شما زيان برسانند، جز آزارهاى مختصر؛ و اگر با شما پيكار كنند، به شما پشت خواهند كرد [و شكست مى‌خورند]؛ سپس يارى نخواهند شد.
They shall by no means harm you but with a slight evil; and if they fight with you they shall turn (their) backs to you, then shall they not be helped.
હેરાનગતિ (અઝીયત) સિવાય તેઓ તમારૂં કાંઈ બગાડશે નહિ; અને જો તમારાથી લડશે તો ખરેખર (તમારા તરફ) પીઠ ફેરવશે, પછી તેમની મદદ કરવામાં આવશે નહિ.
هرجا يافت شوند، مهر ذلّت بر آنان خورده است؛ مگر با ارتباط به خدا، [و تجديد نظر در روشِ ناپسند خود]، يا با ارتباط به مردم [و وابستگى به اين و آن]؛ و به خشم خدا، گرفتار شده‌اند؛ و مُهر بيچارگى بر آن‌ها زده شده؛ چرا كه آن‌هابه آيات خدا، كفر مى‌ورزيدند و پيامبران را به ناحق مى‌کشتند. اين به خاطر آن بود كه نافرمانى‌كردند؛ و [به حقوق ديگران]، تجاوز مى‌نمودند.
Abasement is made to cleave to them wherever they are found, except under a covenant with Allah and a covenant with men, and they have become deserving of wrath from Allah, and humiliation is made to cleave to them; this is because they disbelieved in the communications of Allah and slew the prophets unjustly; this is because they disobeyed and exceeded the limits.
તેઓ જ્યાં પણ મળી આવશે તેમના માટે ઝિલ્લત હશે, સિવાય કે કરારની રૂએ અલ્લાહની પનાહમાં અને લોકોની પનાહમાં આવી જાય, અને તેમણે હાથે કરીને અલ્લાહનો ગઝબ પોતાના પર લઇ લીધો છે અને તેમના પર દરબદર ભટકવાની માર પડી છે; આ એ માટે કે તેઓ અલ્લાહની આયતોનો ઈન્કાર કરતા હતા અને નબીઓને વિના કારણે મારી નાખતા હતા; આ એ માટે કે તેઓએ નાફરમાની કરી અને તેઓ હદ ઓળંગી જતા હતા.
آن‌ها يكسان نيستند؛ [زيرا] گروهى از اهل كتاب، [به حق و ايمان] قيام مى‌كنند و پيوسته در اوقات شب، آيات خدا را مى‌خوانند؛ درحالى‌كه سجده مى‌نمايند.
They are not all alike; of the followers of the Book there is an upright party; they recite Allah's communications in the nighttime and they adore (Him).
તેઓ બધા એકસરખા નથી; કિતાબવાળાઓમાંથી એક સમૂહ જે દીન પર કાયમ છે તેઓ રાત્રિના અલ્લાહની આયતોની તિલાવત કરે છે અને સજદો કરે છે.
به خدا و روز واپسين ايمان مى‌آورند؛ امر به معروف و نهى از منكر مى‌كنند؛ و در انجام كارهاى نيك، بر يكديگر پيشى مى‌گيرند؛ و آن‌ها از صالحانند.
They believe in Allah and the last day, and they enjoin what is right and forbid the wrong and they strive with one another in hastening to good deeds, and those are among the good.
તેઓ અલ્લાહ અને કયામતના દિવસ પર ઈમાન રાખે છે તથા અમ્ર બિલ માઅરૂફ અને નહી અનિલ મુન્કર કરે છે તથા સારા કાર્યોમાં આગળ વધે છે; અને તેઓ સાલેહીનમાંથી છે.
و آنچه از اعمال نيك انجام دهند، هرگز بدون پاداش نخواهد ماند و خدا از پرهيزگاران، آگاه است.
And whatever good they do, they shall not be denied it, and Allah knows those who guard (against evil).
અને જે પણ નેકી તેઓ કરે છે તેનો હરગિઝ ઇન્કાર કરવામાં આવશે નહિ; અને અલ્લાહ પરહેઝગારોથી વાકેફ છે.
كسانى كه كافر شدند، هرگز اموال و فرزندانشان نمى‌تواند چيزى، از مجازات خدا را از آنان بكاهد. آن‌ها اصحاب دوزخند؛ و جاودانه در آن خواهند ماند.
(As for) those who disbelieve, surely neither their wealth nor their children shall avail them in the least against Allah; and these are the inmates of the fire; therein they shall abide.
બેશક જે લોકોએ કુફ્ર ઇખ્તેયાર કર્યુ તેમનો માલ તથા તેમની ઓલાદ તેમને અલ્લાહ (ના અઝાબ)થી બચાવશે નહિ; અને તેઓ આગના રહેવાસીઓ છે, જેમાં તેઓ હંમેશ માટે રહેશે.
آنچه آن‌ها در اين زندگى دنيا انفاق مى‌كنند، همانند باد سوزانى است كه به زراعت قومى كه بر خود ستم كرده [و در جايگاه نامناسب، كشت نموده‌اند]، بوزد و آن را نابود سازد. خدا به آن‌ها ستم نكرده؛ بلكه آن‌ها، خودشان به خويشتن ستم مى‌كنند.
The likeness of what they spend in the life of this world is as the likeness of wind in which is intense cold (that) smites the seed produce of a people who have done injustice to their souls and destroys it; and Allah is not unjust to them, but they are unjust to themselves.
આ દુનિયામાં તેઓ જે કાંઈ ખર્ચે છે તેનો દાખલો એક એવા પવન જેવો છે કે જેમાં સખત ઠંડક હોય અને તે એક કોમની ખેતીની ઉપજ ઉપર આવીને બરબાદ કરી નાખે છે કે જેમણે પોતાના નફસ ઉપર ઝૂલ્મ કર્યો હોય, અને અલ્લાહે તો તેમની ઉપર કોઇ અન્યાય નથી કર્યો, બલ્કે તેઓ પોતે પોતાના ઉપર ઝૂલ્મ કરે છે.
اى كسانى كه ايمان آورده‌ايد! محرم اسرارى از غير خود، انتخاب نكنيد. آن‌ها از هرگونه شرّ و فسادى درباره‌ی شما، كوتاهى نمى‌كنند. آن‌ها دوست دارند شما در رنج و زحمت باشيد. [نشانه‌هاى] دشمنى از سخنانشان آشكار شده؛ و آنچه در دل‌هايشان پنهان مى‌دارند، از آن مهمتر است. ما آيات [و راه‌هاى پيشگيرى از شرّ آن‌ها] را براى شما بيان كرديم اگر بينديشيد.
O you who believe! do not take for intimate friends from among others than your own people; they do not fall short of inflicting loss upon you; they love what distresses you; vehement hatred has already appeared from out of their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater still; indeed, We have made the communications clear to you, if you will understand.
અય ઈમાન લાવનારાઓ ! પોતાના સિવાય અન્યોને રાઝદાર બનાવો નહિ, તેઓ તમને નુકસાન પહોંચાડવમાં કમી કરશે નહિ; (ઉલ્ટું) તમારી મુસીબત તેઓને ગમે છે; તેમની વાતમાં નફરત તરી આવે છે, અને જે કાંઈ (કિન્નાખોરી) તેમના દિલોમાં છુપાયેલ છે તે આ કરતાં કેટલીએ વધારે છે; ખરેજ અમોએ તમારા માટે આયતોને વાઝેહ કરી દીધી છે, જો તમે વિચારો તો.
شما كسانى هستيد كه آن‌ها را دوست داريد؛ امّا آن‌ها شما را دوست ندارند. و [شما] به همه‌ی كتاب‌هاى آسمانى ايمان داريد ولى [آن‌ها] هنگامى كه شما را ملاقات مى‌كنند، [به دروغ] مى‌گويند: «ايمان آورده‌ايم». امّا هنگامى‌كه تنها مى‌شوند، از شدّت خشم بر شما، سرِ انگشتان [خود را به دندان] مى‌گزند! بگو: «با همين خشم بميريد! خدا از [اسرار] درون سينه‌ها آگاه است».
Lo! you are they who will love them while they do not love you, and you believe in the Book (in) the whole of it; and when they meet you they say: We believe, and when they are alone, they bite the ends of their fingers in rage against you. Say: Die in your rage; surely Allah knows what is in the breasts.
તમે તેમને મોહબ્બત કરો છો, અને તેઓ તમારી સાથે મોહબ્બત કરતા નથી, વળી તમે સંપૂર્ણ કિતાબ ઉપર ઈમાન રાખો છો, પરંતુ જ્યારે તેઓ તમને મળે છે ત્યારે કહે છે કે અમે પણ ઈમાન લાવ્યા છીએ, અને જ્યારે એકલા હોય છે ત્યારે તમારી ખિલાફ ગુસ્સે થઈને પોતાની આંગળીના ટેરવા (દાંતો)થી ચાવે છે! કહે કે તમે તમારા ગુસ્સામાંજ મરી જાઓ; બેશક અલ્લાહ દિલોના હાલથી વાકેફ છે.
اگر نيكى به شما برسد، آن‌ها را ناراحت مى‌كند؛ و اگر حادثه ناگوارى براى شما رخ دهد، خوشحال مى‌شوند. ولى اگر [در برابرشان] استقامت و پرهيزگارى پيشه‌كنيد، توطئه‌هاى آنان، به شما زيانى نمى‌رساند؛ زيرا خداوند بر آنچه انجام مى‌دهند، احاطه دارد.
If good befalls you, it grieves them, and if an evil afflicts you, they rejoice at it; and if you are patient and guard yourselves, their scheme will not injure you in any way; surely Allah comprehends what they do.
અગર તમને કાંઈ લાભ મળે છે તો તેમને દુ:ખ થાય છે, અને જો તમારા ઉપર કોઈ મુસીબત પડે છે તો તેનાથી તેઓ ખુશ થાય છે; અને જો તમે ધીરજ ધરશો તથા પરહેઝગાર રહેશો તો તેમના મક્રો ફરેબ તમને સહેજ પણ નુકસાન નહિ કરે; બેશક તેઓ જે કાંઇ કરે છે તે અલ્લાહના (ઇલ્મના) ઘેરાવામાં છે.
