سورة ق
Qaf
و گوش فرا ده و منتظر روزى باش كه منادى از مكانى نزديك ندا مى‌دهد.
And listen on the day when the crier shall cry from a near place
અને ઘ્યાનથી સાંભળ કે જે દિવસે એક પોકારનાર નઝદીકની જગ્યાએથી પોકારશે:
روزى كه همگان صيحه‌ی رستاخيز را به‌حق مى‌شنوند؛ آن روز، روزِ خروج [از قبرها] است.
The day when they shall hear the cry in truth; that is the day of coming forth.
જે દિવસે હકીકી પોકારને (સૂર) સાંભળશે તે દિવસ (કબ્રોમાંથી) નીકળવાનો દિવસ છે.*
ماييم كه زنده مى‌كنيم و مى‌ميرانيم و بازگشت تنها به‌سوى ماست.
Surely We give life and cause to die, and to Us is the eventual coming;
બેશક અમે મોત અને જીવન આપનાર છીએ, અને અમારી તરફ પાછુ ફરવાનું છે:
روزى كه زمين به سرعت از روى آن‌ها شكافته مى‌شود و [از قبرها] خارج مى‌گردند و اين جمع‌كردن براى ما آسان است.
The day on which the earth shall cleave asunder under them, they will make haste; that is a gathering together easy to Us.
તે દિવસે ઝમીન તેઓના તરફથી ફાટી જશે અને તેઓ ઝડપથી (કબ્રોમાંથી) નિકળીને ઊભા થઇ જશે, અને તેઓને ભેગા કરવા અમારા માટે સહેલું છે.
ما به آنچه آن‌ها مى‌گويند آگاهتريم و تو مأمور به اجبار آن‌ها [به ايمان] نيستى؛ پس به‌وسيله‌ی قرآن، كسانى را كه از عذاب من مى‌ترسند متذكّر ساز [وظيفهی تو همين است].
We know best what they say, and you are not one to compel them; therefore remind him by means of the Quran who fears My threat.
તેઓ જે કાંઇ કહે છે તેને અમે સારી રીતે જાણીએ છીએ અને તારી જવાબદારી તેઓ ઊપર બળજબરી કરવાની નથી, તમે કુરઆન થકી તેઓને નસીહત કરતા રહો, જેઓ અઝાબથી ડરે છે.
