Verse 43 of 64
آيا نديدى كه خداوند ابرهايى را به آرامى مى‌راند، سپس ميان آن‌ها پيوند مى‌دهد، و بعد آن را متراكم مى‌سازد؟! در‌اين‌حال، مى‌بينى كه [دانه‌هاى] باران از لابه‌لاى آن خارج مى‌شود؛ و از آسمان از كوه‌هايى در آن (ابرهايى به شكل كوه ) دانه‌هاى تگرگ نازل مى‌كند، و هر‌كس را بخواهد به‌وسيله‌ی آن زيان مى‌رساند، و از هر‌كس بخواهد اين زيان را برطرف مى‌كند؛ نزديك است درخشندگى برق آن [ابرها، بينايى] چشم‌ها را ببرد!
Do you not see that Allah drives along the clouds, then gathers them together, then piles them up, so that you see the rain coming forth from their midst? And He sends down of the clouds that are (like) mountains wherein is hail, afflicting therewith whom He pleases and turning it away from whom He pleases; the flash of His lightning almost takes away the sight.
શું તેં આ નથી જોયું કે અલ્લાહ જ વાદળાં ધીમે ધીમે હાંકી લાવે છે; પછી તેને આપસમાં જોડી દે છે, પછી તેમને એક ઉપર એક ખડકી દે છે? પછી તું તેમની વચ્ચેથી વરસાદને નીકળતા જૂએ છે, અને તે આસમાન પરના બરફના પહાડમાંથી કરા વરસાવે છે, પછી તે વડે જેને ચાહે છે તેને ઇજા પહોંચાડે છે અને જેનાથી ચાહે છે તેના ઉપરથી તે (ઇજાને) ટાળી દે છે; શકય છે કે તે સખ્ત વીજળીનો ચમકાર જોવાની શક્તિને ખત્મ કરી નાખે.
