سورة غافر
Ghafir
در آن هنگام كه غل و زنجيرها برگردن آنان قرار گرفته و آن‌ها را مى‌كشند.
When the fetters and the chains shall be on their necks; they shall be dragged
જયારે તેમની ગરદનોમાં તોક અને સાંકળો પહેરાવામાં આવશે અને તેમને ખેંચવામાં આવશે:
و در آب سوزان وارد مى‌كنند؛ سپس در آتش دوزخ مى‌سوزند!
Into boiling water, then in the fire shall they be burned;
ઉકળતા પાણીમાં અને ત્યારબાદ બાળનાર આગમાં નાખી દેવામાં આવશે;
سپس به آن‌ها گفته مى‌شود: «كجايند آنچه را همتاى خدا قرار مى‌داديد».
Then shall it be said to them: Where is that which you used to set up
પછી તેમને કહેવામાં આવશે કે તેઓ ક્યાં છે કે જેમને તમે શરીક બનાવ્યા કરતા હતા:
همان معبودهايى را كه جز خدا پرستش مى‌كرديد»؟! آن‌ها مى‌گويند: «همه از نظر ما پنهان و گم شدند؛ بلكه ما اصلاً پيش از اين چيزى را پرستش نمى‌كرديم»! اين‌گونه خداوند كافران را گمراه مى‌سازد.
Besides Allah? They shall say: They are gone away from us, nay, we used not to call upon anything before. Thus does Allah confound the unbelievers.
અલ્લાહ સિવાય, તેઓ કહેશે કે અમારી નજરોથી ગુમ થઇ ગયા બલ્કે અમે (અલ્લાહ) સિવાય કોઇને પુકારતા જ ન હતા અને અલ્લાહ આ રીતે નાસ્તિકોને ગુમરાહ કરે છે.
اين [عذاب] به خاطر آن است كه به ناحق در زمين شادى مى‌كرديد و از روى غرور و مستى به خوشحالى مى‌پرداختيد.
That is because you exulted in the land unjustly and because you behaved insolently.
આ એ માટે કે તમે ઝમીનમાં અયોગ્ય રીતે ખુશ રહેતા હતા અને અકડીને ચાલતા હતા.
از درهاى جهنّم وارد شويد و جاودانه در آن بمانيد؛ و چه بد است جايگاه متكبّران!
Enter the gates of hell to abide therein, evil then is the abode of the proud.
હવે જહન્નમના દરવાજાઓથી દાખલ થઇ જાઓ અને તેમાં હંમેશા રહો, કે અકડવા વાળાઓનું (અભિમાન કરનારાઓનું) કેવુ ખરાબ ઠેકાણ્š છે!
پس [اى پيامبر] صبر كن كه وعده‌ی خدا حق است؛ و هرگاه قسمتى از مجازات‌هايى را كه به آن‌ها وعده داده‌ايم در‌حال حياتت به تو نشان دهيم، يا تو را [پيش از آن] از دنيا ببريم [مهم نيست]؛ چرا كه آنان را فقط به‌سوى ما باز مى‌گردانند.
So be patient, surely the promise of Allah is true. So should We make you see part of what We threaten them with, or should We cause you to die, to Us shall they be returned.
હવે તમે સબ્ર કરો, ખુદાનો વાયદો સાચો છે, જે અઝાબથી અમે ડરાવી રહ્યા છીએ તેમાંથી અમુક તમને દેખાડીશું, અથવા તે પહેલાં જ તમને ઉઠાવી લઇએ, તો તેમનું પાછુ ફરવું અમારી જ તરફ છે.
ما پيش از تو پيامبرانى فرستاديم؛ سرگذشت گروهى از آنان را براى تو باز گفته، و سرگذشت گروهى را براى تو بازگو نكرده‌ايم؛ و هيچ پيامبرى حق نداشت معجزه‌اى جز به فرمان خدا بياورد. و هنگامى‌كه فرمان خداوند [براى مجازات كافران] صادر شود، بحق داورى خواهد شد؛ و آنجا اهل باطل زيان خواهند كرد.
And certainly We sent apostles before you: there are some of them that We have mentioned to you and there are others whom We have not mentioned to you, and it was not meet for an apostle that he should bring a sign except with Allah's permission, but when the command of Allah came, Judgement was given with truth, and those who treated (it) as a lie were lost.
અને બેશક અમોએ તારી અગાઊ ઘણાંય રસૂલોને મોકલ્યા હતા, તેઓમાંના અમુકના કિસ્સા અમોએ તને બયાન કરી દીધા છે, અને અમુકના કિસ્સા તને બયાન કર્યા નથી, અને કોઇપણ રસૂલ માટે મુમ્કીન નથી કે તે અલ્લાહના હુકમ સિવાય કોઇ મોઅજિઝો દેખાડે, પછી જયારે અલ્લાહનો હુકમ થશે ત્યારે હક સાથે ફેસલો કરી દેવામાં આવશે અને તે વખતે જૂઠાઓ નુકસાનમાં રહેશે.
خداوند كسى است كه چهارپايان را براى شما آفريد تا بعضى را سوار شويد و از بعضى تغذيه كنيد.
Allah is He Who made the cattle for you that you may ride on some of them, and some of them you eat.
અલ્લાહ એ જ છે જેણે તમારા માટે જાનવરો બનાવ્યા છે કે તેમાંના અમુક પર તમે સવાર થાઓ છો, અને અમુકને તમે ખાઓ છો.
و براى شما در آن‌ها منافع بسيارى [جز اين‌ها] است، تا به‌وسيله‌ی آن‌ها به مقصدى كه در دل داريد برسيد؛ و بر آن‌ها و بر كشتي‌ها سوار مى‌شويد.
And there are advantages for you in them, and that you may attain thereon a want which is in your breasts, and upon them and upon the ships you are borne.
અને તમારા માટે તેમાં ઘણાં ફાયદાઓ છે અને એ માટે પણ કે તમે તેના થકી તમારા મકસદ સુધી પહોંચો અને તમોને તે જાનવરો પર અને કશ્તીઓ પર સવાર થાવ.
