سورة آل عمران
Aal I Imran
[همان] كسانى كه خدا را ايستاده و نشسته، و در‌حالى‌كه بر پهلو خوابيده‌اند، ياد مى‌كنند؛ و در اسرار آفرينش آسمان‌ها و زمين مى‌انديشند؛ [و مى‌گويند]: پروردگارا! اين‌ها را بيهوده نيافريده‌اى؛ منزّهى تو! ما را از عذاب دوزخ، نگاهدار.
Those who remember Allah standing and sitting and lying on their sides and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth: Our Lord! Thou hast not created this in vain! Glory be to Thee; save us then from the chastisement of the fire:
કે જેઓ ઊભા ઊભા અને બેઠા (બેઠા) તથા પડખાભેર અલ્લાહને યાદ કરતા રહે છે અને આસમાનો તથા ઝમીનની ખિલકતમાં ગૌરો ફીક્ર કરે છે, (અને કહે છે) અમારા પરવરદિગાર! તેં આ બેકાર પૈદા કર્યુ નથી, તારી ઝાત પાક છે તું અમને દોઝખની આગથી બચાવી લે.
پروردگارا! هركه را تو [به خاطر اعمالش]، به آتش افكنى، او را خوار و رسوا ساخته‌اى؛ و براى ستمكاران، هيچ ياورى نيست.
Our Lord! surely whomsoever Thou makest enter the fire, him Thou hast indeed brought to disgrace, and there shall be no helpers for the unjust:
અય અમારા પરવરદિગાર ! બેશક જેને તું આગમાં દાખલ કરશે તો તેને તેં ખરેજ ઝલીલો રૂસવા કર્યો; અને ઝાલિમોનો કોઈપણ મદદગાર નથી.
پروردگارا! ما صداى منادى [تو] را شنيديم كه به ايمان دعوت مى‌كرد كه: «به پروردگار خود، ايمان بياوريد». و ما ايمان آورديم. پروردگارا! گناهان ما را ببخش؛ و بدي‌هاى ما را بپوشان؛ و ما را با نيكان [و در مسير آن‌ها] بميران!
Our Lord! surely we have heard a preacher calling to the faith, saying: Believe in your Lord, so we did believe; Our Lord! forgive us therefore our faults, and cover our evil deeds and make us die with the righteous.
અય અમારા પરવરદિગાર! બેશક અમોએ એક સાદ કરનારનો સાદ સાંભળ્યો કે તમે તમારા પરવરદિગાર પર ઈમાન લાવો જેથી અમે ઈમાન લાવ્યા; અય અમારા પરવરદિગાર! તું અમારા ગુનાહ માફ કરી દે તથા અમારી બૂરાઈઓને ઢાંકી દે અને અમારો અંત નેક બંદાઓ સાથે કર.
پروردگارا! آنچه را به‌وسيله‌ی پيامبرانت به ما وعده فرمودى، به ما عطا كن؛ و ما را در روز رستاخيز، رسوا مگردان؛ زيرا تو هيچ‌گاه از وعده‌ی خود، تخلّف نمى‌كنى.
Our Lord! and grant us what Thou hast promised us by Thy apostles; and disgrace us not on the day of resurrection; surely Thou dost not fail to perform the promise.
અય અમારા પરવરદિગાર! જેનો તેં તારા રસૂલો મારફત અમને વાયદો કર્યો છે તે અમને અતા કર અને અમને કયામતના દિવસે ઝલીલ કરજે નહિ; બેશક તું વાયદા ખિલાફી કરતો નથી.
پروردگارشان، درخواست آن‌ها را پذيرفت؛ [و فرمود]: من عمل هيچ‌كسى از شما را، زن باشد يا مرد، ضايع نخواهم كرد؛ شما از جنس يكديگر [و پيرو يك آيين]. لذا كسانى كه در راه خدا هجرت كردند، و از خانه‌هاى خود بيرون رانده شدند و در راه من آزار ديدند، و جنگ كردند و كشته شدند، به يقين گناهانشان را مى‌بخشم؛ و آن‌ها را در باغ‌هاى بهشتى، كه از پاى درختانش نهرها جارى است، وارد مى‌كنم. اين پاداشى است از طرف خداوند؛ و بهترين پاداش‌ها نزد خدا است.
So their Lord accepted their prayer: That I will not waste the work of a worker among you, whether male or female, the one of you being from the other; they, therefore, who fled and were turned out of their homes and persecuted in My way and who fought and were slain, I will most certainly cover their evil deeds, and I will most certainly make them enter gardens beneath which rivers flow; a reward from Allah, and with Allah is yet better reward.
પછી તેમના પરવરદિગારે તેમની દુઆ કબૂલ કરી (અને ફરમાવ્યું) કે હું તમારામાંથી કોઇ અમલ કરનારના અમલને બરબાદ થવા દઇશ નહિ ,પછી તે મર્દ હોય કે ઔરત, તમે એકબીજાથી છો, માટે જેઓએ હિજરત કરી અને ઘરોમાંથી કાઢી મૂકવામાં આવ્યા અને પરેશાન કરવામાં આવ્યા, અને જેઓએ મારી રાહમાં લડાઇ કરી અને તેમને મારી નાખવામાં આવ્યા, હું ચોક્કસ તેમની બૂરાઇઓને ઢાંકી દઇશ અને તેમને જન્નતોમાં દાખલ કરીશ જેમની નીચે નદીઓ વહે છે. અલ્લાહ તરફથી આ એક સવાબ છે અને અલ્લાહ પાસે (આનાથી પણ) બહેતરીન સવાબ છે.
آمد و شد [پيروزمندانه] كافران در شهرها، تو را نفريبد!
Let it not deceive you that those who disbelieve go to and fro in the cities fearlessly.
તને નાસ્તિકોનું શહેરમાં હરવું ફરવું ધોકામાં ન નાખે.
اين متاع ناچيزى است؛ و سپس جايگاهشان دوزخ است، و چه بدجايگاهى است!
A brief enjoyment! then their abode is hell, and evil is the resting-place.
આ (તેઓની ખુશી માટેનો) થોડો સામાન છે, પછી તેમનું ઠેકાણું જહન્નમ છે, અને તે કેટલુ ખરાબ ઠેકાણું છે!
ولى كسانى كه [ايمان دارند، و] از [نافرمانى] پرودگارشان مى‌پرهيزند، براى آن‌ها باغ‌هايى بهشتى است، كه از پاى درختانش نهرها جارى است؛ جاودانه در آن خواهند بود. اين، [نخستين] پذيرايى است كه از سوى خداوند به آن‌ها مى‌رسد؛ و آنچه در نزد خداست، براى نيكان بهتراست!
But as to those who are careful of (their duty to) their Lord, they shall have gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding in them; an entertainment from their Lord, and that which is with Allah is best for the righteous.
પરંતુ જે લોકો પોતાના પરવરદિગારની (નાફરમાની)થી બચે છે તેમના માટે બગીચાઓ છે જેની હેઠળ નદીઓ વહે છે તેઓ તેમાં હંમેશા રહેશે. (આ) અલ્લાહ તરફની તેઓની મહેમાન નવાઝી છે; અને અલ્લાહ પાસે જે છે તે નેક બંદાઓ માટે બેહતર છે.
و از اهل كتاب، كسانى هستند كه به خدا، و آنچه بر شما نازل شده و آنچه بر خودشان نازل گرديده، ايمان دارند؛ در برابر [فرمان] خدا خاضعند و آيات خدا را به بهاى ناچيزى نمى‌فروشند. پاداش آن‌ها، نزد پروردگارشان است. خداوند، سريع‌الحساب است. [تمام اعمال نيك آن‌ها را به‌سرعت حساب مى‌كند، و پاداش مى‌دهد].
And most surely of the followers of the Book there are those who believe in Allah and (in) that which has been revealed to you and (in) that which has been revealed to them, being lowly before Allah; they do not take a small price for the communications of Allah; these it is that have their reward with their Lord; surely Allah is quick in reckoning.
અને બેશક કિતાબવાળાઓમાંથી અમુક લોકો એવા છે કે જેઓ અલ્લાહની સામે નમ્ર રહીને (ખુશુઅ સાથે) તમારા પર અને જે તેઓ પર નાઝિલ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે તેના પર ઈમાન રાખે છે, તેઓ અલ્લાહની આયતોને નજીવી કિંમતમાં વેચી નાખતા નથી; આ તેઓ જ છે જેમના માટે તેમના પરવરિદગાર પાસે (નેક) બદલો છે; બેશક અલ્લાહ ઘણો ઝડપી હિસાબ કરનાર છે.
اى كسانى كه ايمان آورده‌ايد! [در برابر مشكلات و هوس‌ها]، استقامت كنيد؛ و در برابر دشمنان، پايدار باشيد و از مرزهاى خود، مراقبت كنيد و از [مخالفت فرمان] خدا بپرهيزيد، شايد رستگار شويد!
O you who believe! be patient and excel in patience and remain steadfast, and be careful of (your duty to) Allah, that you may be successful.
અય ઈમાન લાવનારાઓ! (દુશ્મનના મુકાબલામાં) સબ્ર કરો અને સબ્ર કરવામાં એક બીજાની મદદ કરો* અને (સરહદની હિફાઝતની તૈયારી માટે) એકબીજાની મદદ કરો; અને અલ્લાહ(ની નાફરમાની)થી બચતા રહો કે કદાચને તમે સફળતા પામો.
