سورة المائدة
Al Ma'ida
و [به ياد‌آور] زمانى را كه به حواريون وحى فرستادم كه: «به من و فرستاده‌ی من، ايمان بياوريد». آن‌ها گفتند: «ايمان آورديم، و گواه باش كه ما مسلمانيم».
And when I revealed to the disciples, saying, Believe in Me and My apostle, they said: We believe and bear witness that we submit (ourselves).
અને (કે) જ્યારે મેં હવારીઓને વહી કરી કે તમે મારા પર તથા મારા રસૂલ (ઇસા અ.સ.) પર ઇમાન લાવો, ત્યારે તેમણે કહ્યું કે અમે ઇમાન લાવ્યા અને તું ગવાહ રહે કે અમે ખરે જ મુસલમાન છીએે.
در آن هنگام كه حواريون گفتند: «اى عيسى‌بن‌مريم! آيا پروردگارت مى‌تواند مائده‌اى از آسمان بر ما نازل كند»؟ او [در پاسخ] گفت: «از [شك و ترديد در قدرت] خدا بپرهيزيد اگر با ايمان هستيد»!
When the disciples said: O Isa son of Marium! will your Lord consent to send down to us food from heaven? He said: Be careful of (your duty to) Allah if you are believers.
જ્યારે હવારીઓએ કહ્યું કે અય ઇસા ઇબ્ને મરિયમ ! શું તારો પરવરદિગાર અમારા માટે આસમાનથી સુફરો મોકલી શકે? તેણે ફરમાવ્યું કે જો તમે મોઅમીન હોવ તો અલ્લાહ(ની કુદરત બાબતે શક કરવા)થી બચો.
گفتند: «[شك نداريم، ولى] مى‌خواهيم از آن بخوريم، و دل‌هاى ما [به رسالت تو] مطمئن گردد؛ و بدانيم به ما راست گفته‌اى؛ و بر آن، گواه باشيم».
They said: We desire that we should eat of it and that our hearts should be at rest, and that we may know that you have indeed spoken the truth to us and that we may be of the witnesses to it.
તેમણે કહ્યું કે અમે તો એ ચાહીએ છીએ કે તેમાંથી કાંઇ ખાઇએ અને અમારા દિલોને ઇત્મીનાન મળે, અને અમે જાણી લઇએ કે ખરેખર તેં અમને સાચું કહ્યું છે અને અમે તે (મોઅજિઝા)ના ગવાહ બની જઇએ.
عيسى‌بن‌مريم گفت: «خداوندا! اى پروردگارما! از آسمان مائده‌اى بر ما نازل‌كن؛ تا عيدى براى اوّل و آخر ما، و نشانه‌اى از تو باشد؛ و به ما روزى ده؛ تو بهترين روزى‌دهندگانى».
Isa the son of Marium said: O Allah, our Lord! send down to us food from heaven which should be to us an ever-recurring happiness, to the first of us and to the last of us, and a sign from Thee, and grant us means of subsistence, and Thou art the best of the Providers.
ઇસા ઇબ્ને મરિયમે કહ્યું કે અય અલ્લાહ! મારા પરવરદિગાર અમારા પર આસમાન પરથી સુફરો નાઝિલ કર કે અમારા પહેલાંઓ તથા પાછળનાઓ માટે ઇદ બને. તેમજ તારા તરફની એક નિશાની (હોય), અને અમને રોઝી અતા કર અને તું બહેતરીન રોઝીનો આપનાર છે.
خداوند [دعاى او را مستجاب كرد؛ و] فرمود: «من آن را بر شما نازل مى‌كنم؛ ولى هر‌كس از شما بعد از آن كافر گردد [و راه انكار پويد]، او را به گونه‌اى مجازات مى‌كنم كه هيچ كس از جهانيان را چنان مجازات نكرده باشم»!
Allah said: Surely I will send it down to you, but whoever shall disbelieve afterwards from among you, surely I will chastise him with a chastisement with which I will not chastise, anyone among the nations.
અલ્લાહે ફરમાવ્યું કે હું તે તમારા પર જરૂર નાઝિલ કરીશ, પરંતુ તમારામાંથી જે કોઇ ઈન્કાર કરશે તો બેશક તેને એવો અઝાબ આપીશ કે દુનિયાઓવાળાઓમાંથી કોઇને પણ એવો અઝાબ નહિ આપ્યો હોય.
و [به ياد آوريد] آنگاه كه خداوند به عيسى‌بن‌مريم مى‌گويد: «آيا تو به مردم گفتى كه من و مادرم را به‌عنوان دو معبود در برابر خداى يكتا انتخاب كنيد»؟!، او مى‌گويد: «منزّهى تو! من حق ندارم آنچه را كه شايسته‌ی من نيست، بگويم! اگر چنين سخنى را گفته باشم، تو مى‌دانى. تو از آنچه در روح و جان من است، آگاهى؛ و من از آنچه در ذات [پاك] توست، آگاه نيستم. به‌يقين تنها تو داناى همه‌ی اسرار نهان هستى.
And when Allah will say: O Isa son of Marium! did you say to men, Take me and my mother for two gods besides Allah he will say: Glory be to Thee, it did not befit me that I should say what I had no right to (say); if I had said it, Thou wouldst indeed have known it; Thou knowest what is in my mind, and I do not know what is in Thy mind, surely Thou art the great Knower of the unseen things.
અને જ્યારે અલ્લાહ (કયામતના દિવસે) ફરમાવશે કે અય ઇસા ઇબ્ને મરિયમ! શું તેં લોકોને કહ્યું હતું કે અલ્લાહને મૂકી મને તથા મારી વાલેદા બંનેને ખુદા માની લો ? તે કહેશે કે તારી ઝાત પાક છે, મારા માટે આ યોગ્ય નથી કે હું એવી વાત કરૂ કે જેનો મને કાંઇજ હક નથી; જો મેં એવું કહ્યું હોત તો ખરેખર તું તે જરૂર જાણતે; તું મારા મનની વાત જાણે છે અને હું તારી ઝાતમાં જે કાંઇ છે તેનાથી અજાણ છું; બેશક તું ગૈબનો જાણનાર છે.
من، جز آنچه مرا به آن فرمان دادى، چيزى به آن‌ها نگفتم؛ [به آن‌ها گفتم]: خداوندى را بپرستيد كه پروردگار من و پروردگار شماست. و تا زمانى كه در ميان آن‌ها بودم، گواه بر [اعمال] آن‌ها بودم؛ ولى هنگامى كه مرا از ميانشان برگرفتى، تو خود مراقب آن‌ها بودى؛ و تو بر هر چيز، گواهى.
I did not say to them aught save what Thou didst enjoin me with: That serve Allah, my Lord and your Lord, and I was a witness of them so long as I was among them, but when Thou didst cause me to die, Thou wert the watcher over them, and Thou art witness of all things.
મેં તેમને તેં જે હુકમ આપ્યો હતો. તે સિવાય કાંઇ પણ કહ્યું નથી. (અને તે એ) કે અલ્લાહ કે જે મારો પાલનહાર અને તમારો પણ પાલનહાર છે તેની ઇબાદત કરો; અને જ્યાં સુધી હુ તેઓ દરમ્યાન હતો તેઓ(ના આમાલ) ઉપર ગવાહ હતો. પછી જ્યારે તેં મારી (આ લોકો દરમ્યાન રહેવાની) મુદ્દત પૂરી કરી નાખી પછી તું પોતે તેઓ ઊપર દેખરેખ રાખનાર હતો; અને તું દરેક વસ્તુ પર ગવાહ છો.
[با اين حال،] اگر آن‌ها را مجازات كنى، بندگان تواند. [و اختيار آن‌ها به دست توست]؛ و اگر آنان را ببخشى، توانا و حكيمى. [نه كيفر تو نشانه‌ی بى حكمتى است، و نه بخشش تو نشانه‌ی ناتوانى]».
If Thou shouldst chastise them, then surely they are Thy servants; and if Thou shouldst forgive them, then surely Thou art the Mighty, the Wise.
જો તું તેમને અઝાબ આપે તો બેશક તેઓ તારા બંદા છે, અને જો તું તેમને માફ કરી દે તો બેશક તું ઇઝ્ઝતવાળો (કુદરતવાળો અને) હિકમતવાળો છો.
خداوند مى‌گويد: «اين [همان] روزى است كه راستى راستگويان، به آن‌ها سود مى‌بخشد؛ براى آن‌ها باغهاى بهشتى است كه نهرها از پاى درختان آن مى‌گذرد، و تا ابد، جاودانه در آن مى‌مانند؛ خداوند از آن‌ها خشنود است، و آن‌ها نيز، از او خشنودند؛ اين، [همان] رستگارى بزرگ است».
Allah will say: This is the day when their truth shall benefit the truthful ones; they shall have gardens beneath which rivers flow to abide in them for ever: Allah is well pleased with them and they are well pleased with Allah; this is the mighty achievement.
અલ્લાહ ફરમાવશે કે આ દિવસ એવો છે કે સાચાઓને તેમની સચ્ચાઇ ફાયદો પહોંચાડશે; તેમના માટે જન્નતો હશે જેની હેઠળ નદીઓ વહેતી હશે, જેમાં તેઓ હંમેશા રહેશે; અલ્લાહ તેમનાથી રાઝી છે અને તેઓ અલ્લાહથી રાઝી છે; એ જ મોટી કામ્યાબી છે.
حكومت آسمان‌ها و زمين و آنچه در آن‌هاست، از آن خداست؛ و او بر هر چيزى تواناست.
Allah's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is in them; and He has power over all things.
આકાશો તથા ઝમીનનો અને જે કાંઇ તેનામાં છે તે સઘળી અલ્લાહની હુકુમત છે; અને તે દરેક વસ્તુ પર કુદરત રાખે છે.
