سورة الكهف
Al Kahf
همان كسانى كه پرده‌اى چشمانشان را از ياد من پوشانده بود، و قدرت شنوايى نداشتند.
They whose eyes were under a cover from My reminder and they could not even hear.
તેઓ (નાસ્તિકો) કે જેમની આંખો અમારી યાદથી પડદાની નીચે ઢંકાએલી હતી, અને તેઓ સાંભળી શકતા ન હતા.
آيا كافران پنداشتند مى‌توانند بندگانم را به‌جاى من اولياى خود انتخاب كنند؟! ما جهنّم را براى پذيرايى كافران آماده كرده‌ايم.
What! do then those who disbelieve think that they can take My servants to be guardians besides Me? Surely We have prepared hell for the entertainment of the unbelievers.
શું નાસ્તિકોએ એમ ધારી લીધું છે કે મને મૂકીને મારા બંદાઓને સરપરસ્ત બનાવી લેશે? બેશક અમોએ નાસ્તિકોની મહેમાન નવાઝી માટે જહન્નમ તૈયાર કરી છે.
بگو: «آيا به شما خبر دهيم كه زيانكارترين [مردم] در كارها، چه كسانى هستند؟
Say: Shall We inform you of the greatest losers in (their) deeds?
તું કહે : શું અમે તમને એવા લોકોના બારામાં જણાવીએ કે જેઓ (પોતાના) આમાલ બાબતે કારણે સૌથી વધારે નુકસાન પામનાર છે?
همان كسانى كه سعى و تلاششان در زندگى دنيا گم [و نابود] شده؛ در‌حالى‌كه، مى‌پندارند كار نيك انجام مى‌دهند.
(These are) they whose labor is lost in this world's life and they think that they are well versed in skill of the work of hands.
કે જેમના દુનિયાની ઝિંદગીમાં તમામ કોશિશો નકામી ગઇ જો કે તેઓ એવું ગુમાન કરે છે કે તેઓ સારૂં કામ કરે છે.
آن‌ها كسانى هستند كه به آيات پروردگارشان و لقاى او كافر شدند؛ به‌همين‌جهت، اعمالشان حبط و نابود شد؛ از‌اين‌رو روز قيامت، ميزانى براى [سنجش اعمال] آن‌ها برپا نخواهيم كرد.
These are they who disbelieve in the communications of their Lord and His meeting, so their deeds become null, and therefore We will not set up a balance for them on the day of resurrection.
કે જેમણે પોતાના પરવરદિગારની આયતોનો તથા તેની મુલાકાતનો ઇન્કાર કર્યો છે, જેથી તેમના કાર્યો રદ બાતલ થઇ ગયા, માટે કયામતના દિવસે અમે તેમના માટે કોઇ મીઝાન કાયમ નહિં કરીએ.
[آرى]، اين‌گونه است! كيفرشان دوزخ است، به خاطر آنكه كافر شدند، و آيات من و پيامبرانم را به استهزا گرفتند.
Thus it is that their recompense is hell, because they disbelieved and held My communications and My apostles in mockery.
આ છે જહન્નમ તેમનો બદલો, કારણ કે તેઓએ મારી આયતોનો ઇન્કાર કર્યો હતો તથા મારા રસૂલો(ની વાત)ને મશ્કરીમાં લેતા હતા.
امّا كسانى كه ايمان آوردند و كارهاى شايسته انجام دادند، باغ‌هاى بهشت برين محلّ پذيرايى آنان خواهد بود.
Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds, their place of entertainment shall be the gardens of paradise,
બેશક જે લોકો ઇમાન લાવ્યા તથા નેક આમાલ કર્યા તેમની મહેમાન નવાઝીની જગ્યા જન્નતુલ ફિરદૌસ છે.
آن‌ها جاودانه در آن خواهند ماند؛ و هرگز خواهان نقل مكان از آنجا نيستند.
Abiding therein; they shall not desire removal from them.
જેમાં તેઓ હંમેશા રહેશે અને હરગિઝ તેમાંથી નીકળવા ચાહશે નહિ.
بگو: «اگر دريا براى [نوشتن] كلمات پروردگارم مركّب شود، دريا پايان مى‌گيرد. پيش از آنكه كلمات پروردگارم پايان يابد؛ هرچند همانند آن [دريا] را كمك آن قرار دهيم».
Say: If the sea were ink for the words of my Lord, the sea would surely be consumed before the words of my Lord are exhausted, though We were to bring the like of that (sea) to add
તું કહે : અગર મારા પરવરદિગારના કલેમાત (લખવા) માટે જો દરિયો સ્યાહી બની જાય તો એ પહેલાં કે મારા પરવરદિગારના કલેમાત પૂરા થાય દરિયો ખાલી થઇ જશે, ભલે પછી અમે તેના જેવો બીજો દરિયો લાવીને તેમાં મદદ માટે ઉમેરીએ.
بگو: «من فقط بشرى هستم مثل شما؛ [ولى] به من وحى مى‌شود كه معبودتان، تنها معبودِ يگانه است؛ پس هركه به لقاى پروردگارش اميد دارد، بايد كارى شايسته انجام دهد، و هيچ‌كس را در عبادت پروردگارش شريك نكند».
Say: I am only a mortal like you; it is revealed to me that your god is one Allah, therefore whoever hopes to meet his Lord, he should do good deeds, and not join any one in the service of his Lord.
તું કહે : હું પણ ફકત તમારી જેમ ઇન્સાન (બશર) છું (પરંતુ) મારા તરફ વહી કરવામાં આવે છે કે તમારો માઅબૂદ ફકત એક છે તેથી જે કોઇ પોતાના પરવરદિગારની મુલાકાતની ઉમ્મીદ રાખતો હોય, તેણે નેક અમલ કરવા જોઇએ અને પોતાના પરવરદિગારની ઇબાદતમાં કોઇને ભાગીદાર ન બનાવે.
