Al Qasas

તા. સીમ. મીમ.
اين آيات كتاب مبين است.
These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear.
આ કિતાબે મોબીનની (સ્પષ્ટ) આયતો છે.
ما ازداستان موسى و فرعون به درستى بر تو می‌خوانيم، براى گروهى كه ايمان مى‌آورند.
We recite to you from the account of Musa and Firon with truth for people who believe.
અમે ઇમાન લાવનાર માટે તમને મૂસા અને ફિરઔનની સાચી ખબર સંભળાવીએ છીએ.
فرعون در زمين برترى جويى كرد، و اهل آن را به گروه‌هاى مختلفى تقسيم نمود؛ گروهى از آن‌ها را به ضعف و ناتوانى مى‌كشاند، پسرانشان را سر مى‌بريد و زنانشان را [براى كنيزى و خدمت] زنده نگه مى‌داشت؛ او به يقين از تبهكاران بود.
Surely Firon exalted himself in the land and made its people into parties, weakening one party from among them; he slaughtered their sons and let their women live; surely he was one of the mischiefmakers.
બેશક ફિરઔને ઝમીનમાં સરકશી કરી અને તેના રહેવાસીઓને અલગ અલગ હિસ્સાઓમાં તકસીમ કરી નાખ્યા, એક સમૂહે બીજા સમૂહને બિલકુલ કમજોર બનાવી દીધો, તેના ફરઝંદોને ઝબેહ કરી નાખતો હતો અને ઔરતોને (ખિદમત માટે) જીવતી રહેવા દેતો હતો; બેશક તે ફસાદ કરવાવાળાઓમાંથી હતો.
ما اراده كرده‌ايم تا بر مستضعفان زمين نعمت بخشيم و آنان را پيشوايان و وارثان روى زمين قرار‌دهيم.
And We desired to bestow a favor upon those who were deemed weak in the land, and to make them the Imams, and to make them the heirs,
અને અમે ઇરાદો કર્યો છે કે જેમને ઝમીનમાં કમજોર બનાવી દેવામાં આવ્યા છે* તેમના પર ઉપકાર કરીએ અને તેમને લોકોના ઇમામ બનાવીએ અને તેમને વારસ બનાવી દઇએ.
و حكومتشان را در زمين استوار سازيم؛ و به فرعون و هامان و لشكريانشان، آنچه را از سوى آن‌ها (بنى اسرائيل) بيم داشتند نشان دهيم.
And to grant them power in the land, and to make Firon and Haman and their hosts see from them what they feared.
અને તેમને ઝમીનમાં સત્તા આપીએ અને ફિરઔન તથા હામાન તથા તે બંનેના લશ્કરોને તેઓ થકી તે બતાવી દઇએ કે જેનાથી તેઓ ડરતા હતા.
ما به مادر موسى الهام كرديم كه: «او را شير ده؛ و هنگامى كه بر [جان] او ترسيدى، وى را در دريا [ى نيل] بيفكن؛ و نترس و غمگين مباش، كه ما او را به تو باز مى گردانيم، و او را از پيامبران قرار مى دهيم.»
And We revealed to Musa's mothers, saying: Give him suck, then when you fear for him, cast him into the river and do not fear nor grieve; surely We will bring him back to you and make him one of the apostles.
અને અમોએ મૂસાની વાલેદાની તરફ વહી કરી કે તે પોતાના તે (બચ્ચા)ને દૂધ પીવડાવ જ્યારે તેના બારામાં ડર લાગે ત્યારે (પેટીમાં રાખી) દરિયામાં ફેંકી દેજે, ન ડરજે, ન ગમગીન થજે કારણકે અમે તેને તારી પાસે પાછો મોકલશું અને તેને રસૂલોમાંથી એક બનાવશું.
[هنگامى كه مادرش به فرمان خدا او را به دريا افكند] خاندان فرعون او را [از آب] گرفتند، تا سرانجام دشمن آنان و مايه اندوهشان گردد! [مسلّماً] فرعون و هامان و لشكريانشان خطاكار بودند.
And Firon's family took him up that he might be an enemy and a grief for them; surely Firon and Haman and their hosts were wrongdoers.
પછી આલે ફિરઔને તેને ઊંચકી લીધો જેના પરિણામે તે તેઓ માટે દુશ્મન અને દુ:ખનું કારણ બન્યા, બેશક ફિરઔન તથા હામાન તથા તે બંનેના લશ્કરો ભૂલમાં હતા.
همسر فرعون [چون ديد آن‌ها قصد كشتن كودك را دارند] گفت: «او مايه روشنايى چشم من و توست! او را نكشيد شايد براى ما مفيد باشد، يا او را به فرزندى برگزينيم.» و آن‌ها نمى‌فهميدند [كه دشمن اصلى خود را در آغوش مى‌پرورانند]!
And Firon's wife said: A refreshment of the eye to me and to you; do not slay him; maybe he will be useful to us, or we may take him for a son; and they did not perceive.
અને ફિરઔનની ઔરતે કહ્યું કે આ મારી અને તારી આંખોની ઠંડક છે; માટે તેને મારી ન નાખો; કદાચને તે આપણને કાંઇ ફાયદો પહોંચાડે અથવા તેને આપણો ફરઝંદ બનાવી લઇએ, અને તેઓ કાંઇ સમજતા ન હતા.
[سرانجام] قلب مادر موسى [از همه چيز جز ياد فرزندش] تهى گشت؛ و اگر دل او را به وسيله ايمان [و اميد] محكم نكرده بوديم، نزديك بود مطلب را فاش‌كند.
And the heart of Musa's mother was free (from anxiety) she would have almost disclosed it had We not strengthened her heart so that she might be of the believers.
અને મૂસાની વાલેદાનું દિલ (ફરઝંદની યાદ સિવાય) ખાલી થઇ ગયુ હતુ જો તેના દિલને ઇમાન (અને ઉમ્મીદ)થી મજબૂત ન કર્યુ હોત તો નજીક હતું કે આ રાઝને જાહેર કરી દે.
