سورة يس
Yasin
يس
Ya Seen.
યાસીન
سوگند به قرآن حكيم [و استوار].
I swear by the Quran full of wisdom
હિકમતવાળા કુરઆનની કસમ :
كه تو قطعاً از فرستادگان [خداوند] هستى.
Most surely you are one of the apostles
બેશક તું રસૂલો માંથી છે :
بر راهى راست [قراردارى].
On a right way.
બિલ્કુલ સીધા રસ્તા ઉપર છે.
[اين قرآنى است كه] از سوى خداوند توانا و مهربان نازل شده است.
A revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful.
જબરદસ્ત અને રહીમ અલ્લાહ તરફથી નાઝિલ થયેલ છે :
تا قومى را انذار كنى كه پدرانشان انذار نشدند، از اين رو آنان غافلند.
That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless.
જેથી તું તે કોમને ડરાવ કે જેમના બાપદાદાઓને ડરાવવામાં નથી આવ્યા, આ કારણે તેઓ ગાફિલ હતા.
فرمان [الهى] درباره‌ي بيشتر آن‌ها [به كيفر اعمالشان] تحقّق يافته، به همين جهت ايمان نمى‌آورند.
Certainly the word has proved true of most of them, so they do not believe.
બેશક તેઓમાંના ઘણાખરાઓ પર અમારો (અઝાબનો) વાયદો સાબિત થઇ ચૂકયો છે માટે તેઓ ઇમાન લાવશે નહિં.
ما در گردن‌هاى آنان غل‌هايى (طوق‌هايى) قرار داديم كه تا چانه‌ها ادامه دارد و سرهاى آنان را به بالا نگاه داشته است.
Surely We have placed chains on their necks, and these reach up to their chins, so they have their heads raised aloft.
બેશક અમોએ તેમની ગરદનોમાં તોક નાખી દીધા છે જે તેમની હડપચીને (ઠુડ્ડીને) અડેલા છે જેથી તેમના માથા ઊંચા છે.
و در پيش‌روى آنان سدّى قرارداديم، و در پشت‌سرشان سدّى؛ و چشمانشان را پوشانده‌ايم، لذا نمى‌بينند.
And We have made before them a barrier and a barrier behind them, then We have covered them over so that they do not see.
અને અમોએ તેમની સામે દિવાલ તથા તેમની પાછળ દિવાલ રાખી દીધી, પછી તેમને ઢાંકી દીધા, જેથી તેઓ જોતા નથી.
براى آنان يكسان است: چه انذارشان كنى يا نكنى، ايمان نمى‌آورند.
And it is alike to them whether you warn them or warn them not: they do not believe.
અને તેમના માટે બરાબર છે તું એને ડરાવે કે ન ડરાવે, તેઓ ઇમાન લાવશે નહિં.
