سورة مريم
Maryam
و هرجا كه باشم مرا وجودى پربركت قرار داده؛ و تا زمانى‌كه زنده‌ام، مرا به نماز و زكات توصيه كرده است.
And He has made me blessed wherever I may be, and He has enjoined on me prayer and poor-rate so long as I live;
અને જયાં પણ હું હોઉ મને બરકતવાળો બનાવવામાં આવ્યો છે, અને જ્યાં સુધી હું જીવતો રહું, મને નમાઝ તથા ઝકાતની વસિયત કરવામાં આવી છે.
و مرا نسبت به مادرم نيكوكار قرار داده؛ و جبّار و عصيانگر قرار نداده است.
And dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me insolent, unblessed;
અને મને મારી વાલેદાની સાથે નેકી કરનાર બનાવવામાં આવ્યો છે અને મને જબ્બાર અને નાફરમાન નથી બનાવવામાં આવ્યો.
و سلام [خدا] بر من، روزى كه متولّد شدم، و روزى كه مى‌ميرم، و روزى كه زنده برانگيخته خواهم شد»!
And peace on me on the day I was born, and on the day I die, and on the day I am raised to life.
અને મારા પર સલામ કે જે દિવસે હું જનમ્યો, અને જે દિવસે હું મરણ પામીશ અને જે દિવસે હું ઉઠાડવામાં આવીશ.
اين است عيسى پسر مريم؛ گفتار حقّى كه در آن ترديد مى‌كنند.
Such is Isa, son of Marium; (this is) the saying of truth about which they dispute.
તે (નવજાત શીશુ) ઇસા ઇબ્ને મરિયમ છે અને, આ ખરી હકીકત છે કે જેના સંબંધમાં તેઓ શંકા કરે છે.
هرگز براى خدا شايسته نبود كه فرزندى اختيار كند؛ منزّه است او! هرگاه امرى را اراده كند، تنها به آن مى‌گويد: «موجود باش»! بى‌درنگ موجود مى‌شود.
It beseems not Allah that He should take to Himself a son, glory to be Him; when He has decreed a matter He only says to it "Be," and it is.
અલ્લાહના માટે મુનાસીબ નથી કે તે પોતાના માટે ફરઝંદ પસંદ કરે, તેની જાત પાક છે, જ્યારે તે કોઇ બાબત નક્કી કરી લે છે ત્યારે ફકત તેને કહે છે : "થા" અને તે થઇ જાય છે.
و [عيسى گفت]: خداوند، پروردگار من و پروردگار شماست؛ او را پرستش كنيد؛ اين است راه راست.
And surely Allah is my Lord and your Lord, therefore serve Him; this is the right path.
અને બેશક અલ્લાહ મારો પરવરદિગાર છે અને તમારો પરવરદિગાર છે, માટે તમે તેની જ ઇબાદત કરો; આ જ સીધો રસ્તો છે.
ولى [بعد از او] گروه‌هايى از ميان آن‌ها اختلاف كردند؛ پس واى به حال كسانى كه كافر شدند از حضور روز بزرگ [رستاخيز]!
But parties from among them disagreed witheach other, so woe to those who disbelieve, because of presence on a great day.
પછી તેઓમાંના અમુક સમૂહોએ અંદરો અંદર ઇખ્તેલાફ કર્યો, જેથી અફસોસ થાય તેઓ પર કે જેઓ મહાન દિવસે હાજર થવાનો ઇન્કાર કરે છે.
روزى كه نزد ما مى‌آيند، چه گوش‌هاى شنوا و چه چشم‌هاى بينايى پيدا مى‌كنند! ولى اين ستمكاران امروز در گمراهى آشكارند.
How clearly shall they hear and how clearly shall they see on the day when they come to Us; but the unjust this day are in manifest error.
જે દિવસે તેઓ અમારી હજૂરમાં આવશે તે દિવસે તેઓ કેવા વાઝેહ સાંભળનાર અને કેવું ખુલ્લું જોનાર હશે ! પરંતુ આજે ઝાલિમો ખુલ્લી ગુમરાહીમાં છે.
آنان را از روز حسرت (روز رستاخيز كه براى همه مايه تأسف است ) بترسان، در آن هنگام كه همه چيز پايان مى‌يابد؛ ولى [امروز] آن‌ها در غفلتند و ايمان نمى‌آورند.
And warn them of the day of intense regret, when the matter shall have been decided; and they are (now) in negligence and they do not believe.
અને તેમને તે અફસોસનાક દિવસથી ડરાવ કે, જ્યારે બધા મામલાઓ ખત્મ થઇ જશે; જો કે (હમણાં) તેઓ ગફલતમાં છે અને તેઓ ઇમાન લાવતા નથી.
ما، زمين و تمام كسانى را كه روى آن هستند، به ارث مى‌بريم؛ و همگى به‌سوى ما بازگردانده مى‌شوند.
Surely We inherit the earth and all those who are on it, and to Us they shall be returned.
બેશક અમે જ ઝમીનના તેમજ જેઓ તેના પર (વસે) છે તેમના વારસદાર છીએ, અને અમારી તરફ તેમને પાછા ફેરવવામાં આવશે.
